虚拟仿真技术在医学教育中的应用效果

摘要 虚拟仿真技术在医学教育领域的应用能够极大地提升医学生的教学效果和教学质量。为促进虚拟仿真技术在医学教育领域的应用,采用问卷调查和实证分析法开展研究,发现医学专业教师对虚拟仿真技术的应用意愿受绩效考核、技术难度、社交效应、其他因素等的影响,且各指标系数均在不同的置信水平上显著;青年教师更容易受同事和学生的影响而选用虚拟仿真技术;年龄偏大一些的教师在虚拟仿真技术应用意愿调查中更注重学校科研资金投入、技术设备发展等。为推广虚拟仿真技术在医学教育领域的应用,应继续加强师生交流互动、提升课堂趣味性,实现资源交流共享;增加专业技术和科研投入,以为虚拟仿真技术的开发应用提供技术和资金支持。 The application of virtual simulation technology in the field of medical education can greatly improve the teaching effect and teaching quality of medical students.In order to promote the application of virtual simulation technology in the medical education,the study conducts questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.It is found that the intention of medical teachers to apply virtual simulation technology is influenced by performance appraisal,technical difficulty,and social effect,etc.and each index coefficient is significant at different confidence levels.Young teachers are more likely to choose virtual simulation technology under the influence of colleagues and students.In the survey of virtual simulation technology application intention,older teachers pay more attention to the options such as the investment of school scientific research funds and the development of technical equipment,etc.In order to promote the application of virtual simulation technology in medical education,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,enhance the classroom interest,and realize the exchange and sharing of resources;and increase the investment in professional technology and scientific research to provide technical and financial support for the development and application of virtual simulation technology.
