人工智能+融合出版背景下医学编辑的培养路径

Cultivation Path of Medical Editors in the Context of Artificial Intelligence+Integrated Publishing

采用文献分析法结合观察法,总结国内医学编辑的培养现况。结果发现,不同医学出版单位对医学编辑培养的侧重不同;出版单位对医学编辑的综合素质普遍要求高;医学编辑的创新能力得到重视。医学编辑的培养应立足国际化视野,推动中国出版高水平走出去;加强出版学科和医学出版相关研究平台的建设,全面提高人才综合素质和专业水平;发挥出版单位主导作用,建立有效实用的人才激励策略体系和评价机制,畅通晋升渠道;更新医学出版理念,创新人才培养模式;结合OBE理念,坚持以成果为导向,建强出版融合发展人才队伍。

The study uses the literature analysis method and the observation method;and summarizes the current situation of domestic medical editors training.The results show that different medical publishing units have different emphasis on the training of medical editors.They have high requirements for the comprehensive quality of medical editors,and the innovation ability of medical editors.It is concluded that the training of medical editors should be based on an international perspective,promote China’s publishing industry to be connected with international standards;strengthen the construction of publishing disciplines and research platform related to medical publishing,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of talents;give full play to the leading role of publishing units,establish an effective and practical talent incentive strategy system and evaluation mechanism,make the promotion channels smooth;update the concept of medical publishing,innovate talent training mode;combine with the OBE concept,adhere to the results-oriented approach,and build a strong talent team for the integrated development of publishing.
