调质处理对Cr8MoWV3Si钢组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 Cr8MoWV3Si是一种高耐磨性冷作模具钢,又称为ER5钢,具有优异的耐磨性能、抗压强度及韧性,加工性能良好,与常用的Cr12钢相比,使用寿命更长。分析了不同温度热处理条件下Cr8MoWV3Si钢的强度、硬度、韧性等力学性能指标,利用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜及能谱分析仪对Cr8MoWV3Si钢的组织进行研究,发现调节热处理参数可获得良好的强韧性,调质处理后的组织为回火索氏体,具有良好的综合力学性能。 Cr8MoWV3Si is a kind of highness wear resistance cold-made die steel,also known as ER5 steel,the steel has excellent wear resistance,high enough compressive strength,toughness,and good processing performance.Compared with the most commonly used Cr12 steel,it has a long service life.The study analyzes the mechanical properties,such as strength,hardness,plasticity and toughness of Cr8MoWV3Si steel under different ordinary heat treatment conditions;and explores the tissue of Cr8MoWV3Si steel with scanning the electron microscope,optical microscope and energy spectrum analyzer.It is found that good strength and toughness can be obtained by adjusting the heat treatment parameters,and the tempered sorbite structure has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
