不同压力参数冲击波在肩周炎治疗中的应用

摘要 肩周炎治疗中,冲击波应用具有普适化的治疗压力参数。为探讨最佳治疗方案,采用文献分析法,从中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Web of Science、实体书籍等渠道获取相关文献并进行总结分析,寻找最佳治疗压力参数。结果表明,1.5~2.5 bar的压力参数应用较多,3 bar以上的压力参数应用较少,说明在肩周炎治疗中,冲击波应用主要以低、中压力参数为主,较高压力参数的相关文献较少,临床试验压力参数相关文献较多,但仍需探讨患者的接受程度,部分实验存在设计缺陷,应进一步验证治疗效果。目前,治疗肩周炎尚无统一的标准,未明确高效的治疗压力。部分文献对于炎症因子的观测及患者心理方面的监测较少,仍需进行大样本量实验,确相关指标的变化规律,为临床治疗及学术研究提供参考。 In the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,the application of shock wave has universal therapeutic pressure parameters.In order to explore the best treatment plan,the study conducts literature analysis to obtain relevant literature from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed,Web of Science,physical books and other channels;and conducts summary analysis to find the best treatment parameters of stress.The results show that pressure parameters ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 bar are applied more frequently,while those above 3 bar are applied less frequently,indicating that low and medium pressure parameters are the main application of shock wave in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.There are few literature related to higher pressure parameters,and there are many literature related to pressure parameters in clinical trials,but the acceptance degree of patients still needs to be discussed.Some of the experiments have design defects,and the therapeutic effect should be further verified.At present,there is no unified standard for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,and there is no clear and efficient treatment of pressure.In some literature,observation of inflammatory factors and psychological monitoring of patients are less,and large sample size experiments are still needed to confirm the change rule of relevant indicators,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and academic research.
