白鹤滩水电站巧家县移民心理适应性状况调查与分析研究

Investigation and Analysis on Psychological Adaptability of Immigrants in Qiaojia County of Baihetan Hydropower Station

白鹤滩水电站的建设是一项伟大工程,涉及搬迁移民数量多,是一项难题。通过巧家县移民心理适应性状况的调查,发现部分移民存在获得感不强、安全感不高和幸福感不强、归属感不强的心理适应性;分析原因,主要是由于移民思想认识不到位、移民安置区经济发展落后、移民政策不完善、移民思想政治工作有待加强的原因造成。鉴于此,提出了移民群众自身要积极发挥主体作用、促进巧家社会经济发展、进一步完善移民政策、注重思想引导,完善移民思想政治工作的建议。

The construction of Baihetan Dam is a great project,involving a large number of immigrants,which is a difficult problem.Through the survey on the psychological adaptability of immigrants in Qiaojia County,it is found that some immigrants have a weak sense of acquisition,security,happiness and belonging.It is mainly due to inadequate understanding of immigration ideology,backward economic development in resettlement areas,imperfect immigration policies,and the need to strengthen ideological and political work on immigration.In view of this,this paper proposes that the immigrant masses themselves should actively play a leading role,promote the socio-economic development of the Qiao family,further improve immigration policies,pay attention to ideological guidance,and improve the ideological and political work of immigrants.
