高海拔山区风速频率分布研究

摘要 基于我国西南高海拔山区风电场众多测风塔实测风速资料,对风速频率分布的威布尔参数拟合方法进行分析研究,得出“采用平均风速与标准差方法对高海拔山区风速频率威布尔分布参数拟合精度较高”的结论。同时,结合实际使用需求,提出“采用剔除部分低风速数据来提高威布尔函数拟合精度”的思路,其拟合结果可在一定程度上提高风能资源评估准确性及发电量估算精度。 An analysis of fitting methods of weibull parameters for wind speed distribution suggested that the method of mean&standard deviation can get a higher fitting precision in high altitude mountain basing on a large amount of measured wind data of high altitude mountain wind farm in southwest China.And combining with actual usage requirements,an idea of eliminating part of low-speed data to improve fitting precision was presented which can partly improve the accuracy of both the assessment of wind energy resource and the estimation of wind power generation.
