某水利枢纽工程钢岔管水压试验闷头有限元分析

摘要 某水利枢纽工程钢岔管采用“Y”型月牙肋岔管,在水压试验工况下,对岔管、闷头及两者连接的过渡锥管,进行三维有限元分析,选择满足水压试验的较优体型。现场根据有限元计算确定的闷头和过渡锥管体型进行水压试验,经过应力测试,钢岔管管壁和肋板各部位应力均小于钢材允许应力,满足设计及规程规范要求。 The steel bifurcated pipe of a water control project adopts a"Y"shaped crescent rib bifurcated pipe.Under the condition of hydraulic test,this article conducts a three-dimensional finite element analysis of the bifurcated pipe,bulkhead,and transition cone pipe connected to both,and selects the optimal body shape that meets the requirements of hydraulic test.Hydrostatic testing was conducted on site based on the shape of the bulkhead and transition cone determined by finite element calculation.After stress testing,it was found that the stress in the wall and rib plate of the steel bifurcated pipe is lower than the allowable stress of the steel,meeting the design and regulatory requirements.
