摘要
反井钻导孔施工在实施的过程中具备高效性、安全性,已经广泛应用到了煤矿施工、冶金矿山施工、水利工程施工、电力工程施工等各个领域当中。但是在水利工程建设的过程中,针对小角度长斜井施工,其成孔精准度控制较为困难,分析原因是反井钻导孔施工应用全机械作业,钻孔偏斜容易受岩层、钻具自身、操控参数等因素影响。针对导致反井钻导孔偏斜的因素以及反井钻导孔施工技术优势进行详细分析,其目的是研究出斜井反井钻导孔纠偏优化措施,借助具体案例对斜井反井钻导孔纠偏优化措施进行分析。
The construction of reverse drilling pilot holes has high efficiency and safety during the implementation process,and has been widely applied in various fields such as coal mine construction,metallurgical mine construction,water conservancy engineering construction,and power engineering construction.However,in the process of water conservancy engineering construction,it is difficult to control the accuracy of drilling for small angle long inclined shafts.The reason is that the use of full mechanical operation in the construction of reverse drilling pilot holes can easily affect the deviation of drilling holes due to factors such as rock layers,drilling tools themselves,and control parameters.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the factors that cause deviation in reverse drilling pilot holes and the advantages of reverse drilling pilot hole construction technology.The purpose is to study the optimization measures for correcting deviation in reverse drilling pilot holes in inclined wells,and to analyze the optimization measures for correcting deviation in reverse drilling pilot holes in inclined wells with specific cases.
