新疆S3-1竖井与TBM主洞段贯通施工技术研究

摘要 简述新疆某引水工程竖井与TBM主洞段贯通施工处理措施,包括竖井爆破施工,主洞TBM附属系统安全防护,主洞贯通部位防护平台搭设,施工现场安全布置等方法,确保了施工安全,最终使竖井实现精准贯通,施工进度较计划提前5d,为竖井与TBM主洞段贯通施工提供一种解决方案和思路。 This paper briefly describes the construction measures for the connection between the vertical shaft and the TBM main tunnel section of a water diversion project in Xinjiang,including vertical shaft blasting construction,safety protection of the TBM auxiliary system of the main tunnel,installation of protective platforms for the connection part of the main tunnel,and safety layout of the construction site.It ensures construction safety.It ultimately achieves precise penetration of the shaft,with a construction schedule 5 days ahead of schedule,providing a solution and idea for the construction of the shaft and TBM main tunnel section penetration.
