中型排涝泵站机电设备的调查检测及安全稳定评价复核

Investigation and Inspection of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Medium-sized Drainage Pumping Stations and Review of Safety and Stability Evaluation

佛山高明区海口泵站是该城市片区排涝的主要枢纽,临近西江,但由于年代久远,设备老化问题,具有安全隐患。通过使用SKF数据采集器、振动传感器、电机试验诊断等仪器测量,对主电动机、主水泵、主变压器、低压开关柜、电力电缆及其他辅助系统进行了安全质量检测和鉴定复核分析,提出了机电的更换和维修建议,为该排涝泵站机电设备的安全检测和运行分析提供了参考。

Haikou Pump Station in Gaoming District of Foshan is the main hub for waterlogging drainage in the urban area,close to the Xijiang River.However,due to the aging of equipment over time,there are safety hazards.By using instruments such as SKF data collector,vibration sensor,and motor test diagnosis,this article conducted safety and quality inspection,appraisal,and re analysis on the main motor,main water pump,main transformer,low-voltage switchgear,power cable,and other auxiliary systems.It proposes suggestions for the replacement and maintenance of electromechanical equipment,providing a reference for the safety inspection and operational analysis of the electromechanical equipment of the drainage pump station.
