近年来我国施工行业发展迅速,在飞速发展的建设事业中离不开工程技术、质量的管理,工程技术、质量就是对各项技术、质量活动,比如:工法、专利、科研课题研究、QC小组活动、内部体系检查等工程技术、质量工作进行计划、实施、总结和评价的系统管理活动,工程技术、质量管理工作自始至终贯穿于企业施工活动的整个过程中,它是一项涉及面广,综合性强的工作,需要从事人员有前瞻性、责任心、具备善于总结等能力,也需要各个环节的同事密切配合,共同努力才能完成。
