摘要
东江水源工程东江一期泵站是该城市片区排涝的主要枢纽,临近深圳河,但由于年代久远,经过风险排查,发现其水泵电机及辅助设备有老化腐蚀渗水的现象,针对问题对其主电动机、主水泵、主变压器、低压和电机进行了安全质量检测和鉴定复核分析,对水泵流量复核后基本满足流量要求、电机功率效率的配套功率基本满足运行要求、对主变容量和启动压和热稳定进行校验后,鉴定得出其安全稳定性为一类的结论。
Dongjiang Phase Ⅰ Pump Station of Dongjiang Water Source Project is the main hub for water logging drainage in the urban area,close to Sham Chun River.However,due to its long history,after risk investigation,it was found that the water pump motor and auxiliary equipment had aging,corrosion,and water seepage.This article conducts safety and quality inspection and appraisal review analysis on its main motor,main water pump,main transformer,low-voltage and motor.After rechecking the flow rate of the water pump,it basically meets the flow requirements,and the matching power of the motor power efficiency basically meets the operating requirements.After verifying the capacity,starting pressure,and thermal stability of the main transformer,it is concluded that its safety and stability belong to the same category.
