智能化技术在水电工程人工砂石加工系统中的应用

摘要 智能化技术为水电工程人工砂石加工系统高质量发展注入了强大动力,契合砂石行业绿色智能发展趋势。通过将砂石加工系统设备状态、给料生产运行无人值守、设备负荷分析及控制、环境监测与保护、安全作业预警、移动管理智能化技术等纳入智能化管理系统进行分析,将智能化技术与砂石加工系统管理有机进行结合,为水电工程人工砂石加工系统少人值守、智能化生产、建设信息化和数字化管理系统、降本增效及降低运营风险提供有益的借鉴。 Intelligent technology has injected strong impetus into the high-quality development of artificial sand and stone processing systems in hydropower projects,which is in line with the green and intelligent development trend of the sand and stone industry.This paper integrates the equipment status of the sand and gravel processing system,unmanned feeding production operation,equipment load analysis and control,environmental monitoring and protection,safety operation warning,and intelligent mobile management technology into the intelligent management system for analysis.It organically combines intelligent technology with the management of sand and stone processing systems,providing useful references for the artificial sand and stone processing systems in hydropower projects with fewer personnel on duty,intelligent production,the construction of information and digital management systems,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and the reduction of operational risks.
