和田地区芹菜农药残留检测及膳食摄入风险评估

Risk Assessment of Detection and Dietary Intake of Pesticide Residues of Celery in Hotan Prefecture

摘要 为了解和田地区生产基地芹菜的农药残留状况与民众的膳食摄入风险,采用高效液相色谱仪和气相色谱仪对2022年在和田地区采集的110个芹菜样品分别进行了46中农药残留定性定量检测,并对芹菜样品中检出的农药进行风险评估。结果表明,110个芹菜样品共计检出11种农药残留,检出率为33.63%(37/110),且多个样品存在联合用药情况。有2种农药的残留量超过了最大残留限量(MRL),不合格率为3.63%(4/110);百菌清检出率最高,为7.27%(8/110),但未标(MRL);其次是腐霉利,检出率6.36%(7/110)。有部分样品检出芹菜禁限用农药,经膳食暴露风险评估结果显示,NEDI/ADI值均小于0.1,慢性膳食摄入风险(%ADI)在0.045%~6.1%,平均值0.89%,摄入风险在可接受范围内。建议加强农药残留例行监测、监督抽查和农药使用管理,确保农产品质量安全。 In order to understand the pesticide residue status of celery in the production base of Hotan Prefecture and the dietary in‐take risk of the public,46 pesticide residues in 110 celery samples collected in Hotan Prefecture in 2022 were qualitatively and quan‐titatively detected by HPLC and GC,and the risk assessment of pesticides detected in celery samples was carried out.The results showed that 11 kinds of pesticide residues were detected in 110 celery samples,and the detection rate was 33.63%(37/110).The resi‐dues of two pesticides exceeded the maximum residue limit(MRL),and the unqualified rate was 3.63%(4/110).The detection rate of chlorothalonil was the highest 7.27%(8/110),but it was not labeled(MRL).The second was prophyticus,the detection rate was 6.36%(7/110).The results of dietary exposure risk assessment showed that NEDI/ADI values were all less than 0.1,and the chronic dietary intake risk(%ADI)ranged from 0.045%to 6.1%,with an average value of 0.89%,indicating that the intake risk was within the acceptable range.It is suggested to strengthen the routine monitoring of pesticide residues,supervision and sampling and pesti‐cide use management to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
