文章基于10个企业在2020年—2022年苦荞产品相关数据进行汇总、分析和总结,仅有3家企业原料采购量呈增加趋势,1家企业生产量大于原料总收购量。企业畅销产品主要为苦荞茶、苦荞粉、苦荞沙琪玛和苦荞挂面,仅有1家企业畅销产品与研发新品同步变化;5家在3年内不断推出新品,1家企业仅在2020年推出新品;仅有1家企业对精加工产品研发。
Based on the summary,analysis and summary of 10 enterprises'Fagopyrum tataricum product data from 2020 to 2022,only 3 enterprises showed an increasing trend of raw material procurement,and only 1 enterprise had a production volume greater than the total purchase of raw materials.The best-selling products of the enterprise are mainly Fagopyrum tataricum tea,Fagopyrum tataricum powder,Fagopyrum tataricum sarqima and Fagopyrum tataricum noodles,and only 1 enterprise best-selling products change with the development of new products,5 companies launched new products in 3 years,and 1 company only launched new products in 2020,only 1 company for finishing products research and development.
