大巴皂角实生嫁接苗繁育技术

摘要 大巴皂角树体长势强壮,结果多,出籽率较高,皂刺较多,2018年被辽宁省林木良种审定委员会认定为林木良种。生产上种苗繁育主要有2种方式:实生苗繁育,遗传稳定性差,良种优势不能保持,育苗周期长,结果晚;实生嫁接苗繁育,可保持良种的生物学特性和果实的经济性状,成活率高,嫁接苗生长快。该文结合实践总结出大巴皂角实生嫁接苗技术,旨在提高种苗的质量和成活率,具有较强的实用性和可操作性。 Gleditsia japonica has strong growth,abound fruits,high seed yield and more spines.In 2018,it was identified as a forest variety by Liaoning Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee.There are two main ways of seedling breeding in production.Seedling breeding has poor genetic stability,the advantages of improved varieties cannot be maintained,the seedling period is long,and fruit period are late.Seedling grafting breeding can maintain the biological characteristics of improved varieties and the economic traits of fruits,with high survival rate and fast growth of grafted seedlings.In this paper,combined with practice,the seedling grafting technology of G.sinensis was summarized,aiming at improving the quality and survival rate of seedlings,which had strong practicability and operability.
