近些年,隆子县将“农业增效,农牧民增收”作为原则,加大了农业投入力度,扎实推进农业综合开发科技示范推广工程,拓宽了经济价值较高的黑青稞种植面积,使得黑青稞年产量迈上新台阶,同时也让相关产品的加工获取了重要原材料。隆子县抓住当前的重要契机,积极探索黑青稞特色产业发展渠道,争取顺利实现增收增效的目标。该文深入分析隆子县黑青稞产业近年来取得的成就,探讨制约隆子县黑青稞发展的问题,提出了关于隆子县黑青稞特色产业发展的具体举措。

In recent years,Longzi took"agricultural efficiency,farmers’income"as a principle,increased the investment in agriculture,promoted agricultural comprehensive development of science and technology demonstration project,broadened the high economic value of black highland barley planting area,made black highland barley production to a new level,and makes related products processing for the important raw materials.Longzi county seized the current important opportunity to actively explore the development channels of black barley characteristic industry and strive to achieve the goal of increasing income and efficiency.This paper deeply analyzed the achievements of black highland barley industry in Longzi county in recent years,discussed the problems restricting the development of black highland barley in Longzi county,and put forward some specific measures about the development of characteristic industry of black highland barley in Longzi county.
