基于色彩心理与环境行为特征的社区更新跨学科研究与实践

Interdisciplinary Research and Practice of Community Renewal Based on Color Psychology and Environmental Behavioral Characteristics

在我国城市建设由增量向存量发展的背景下,城市更新已然成为提升城市品质的重要举措。文章针对城市更新中普遍存在的重表面形象、轻人文关怀的现状,基于心理学、环境行为学、城市规划及色彩学等跨学科的理论与研究方法,探索“以人为本”的基于使用者心理与行为考量的老旧社区环境色彩更新策略。从色彩的知觉、行为与情感层面分析环境色彩对城市居民使用体验心理及行为模式的影响,以及环境色彩在社区空间中具备的基本功能和积极作用。从重构公共空间属性、营造承载记忆的社区环境色彩、增强导视系统诱目性、实现“全龄友好”人文关怀等方面探索老旧社区环境色彩更新的优化路径,以期实现提升城市居民公共活动体验满意度及市民公共活动效能的社区环境更新目标。

Under the background of the development of urban construction from increment to stock,urban renewal has become an important measure to improve urban quality.Based on the interdisciplinary theories and research methods of psychology,environmental behavior,urban planning and color science,this paper aims to explore the"people-oriented"environmental color renewal strategy of old communities based on the consideration of user psychology and behavior.From the perspective of color perception,behavior and emotion,this paper analyzes the influence of environmental color on the psychology and behavior pattern of urban residents,and the basic functions and positive effects of environmental color in community space.From the aspects of reconstructing the attributes of public space,creating the color of the community environment bearing memory,enhancing the visual attraction of the guidance system,and realizing"all-age friendly"humanistic care,the optimization path of environmental color renewal in the old community is explored,so as to achieve the goal of community environment renewal to improve the satisfaction of urban residents'experience of public activities and the efficiency of citizens'public activities.
