摘要
该文利用噪声瀑布图找到噪声产生根源,通过涂油啮合测试确定了轴系倾斜是产生噪声的主要原因,从装配角度出发,考虑螺栓预紧力和结合面粗糙度对轴系倾斜的影响。通过ANSYS软件进行仿真,得到不同预紧力和摩擦系数下轴承支座的滑动量与变形量,探究其与噪声的关系,并通过实验对仿真模型进行验证。结果表明:螺栓预紧力、轴承支座的摩擦系数越大,产生的噪声越小。
This paper uses the noise waterfall diagram to find the source of noise,and determines the shafting tilt as the main reason of noise by the oiling meshing test.From the assembly perspective,it considers the influence of bolt preload and joint surface roughness on shafting inclination.It uses ANSYS software to simulate,obtains the sliding amount and deformation amount of the bearing support under different preload and friction coefficients,explores the relationship between them and noise,and verifies the simulation model through experiments.The results show that the greater the bolt preload and the friction coefficient of the bearing support,the less noise is generated.
