产教融合视域下高职院校“双师”素质教师团队培养模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 在当前国家产业转型升级,高质量复合型技术技能人才需求日益增长的大背景下,推进校企合作、产教融合成为高职院校的育人新模式,“双师”素质教师团队建设成为高职院校深入推进产教融合的关键举措。产教融合与“双师型”教师队伍建设具有自身独特的内涵,“双师”素质教师团队的建设具有重要意义,从4个方面剖析当前“双师”素质教师团队建设的现状与问题,进而提出产教融合视域下高职院校“双师”素质教师团队的培养模式。 Under the background of national industrial transformation and upgrading and the increasing demand for high-quality composite technical skills personnel,the promotion of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration between industry and education has become a new mode of education in higher vocational education institutions,and the construction of"Dual teacher"qualified teacher team has become a key initiative for higher vocational education institutions to further promote the integration between industry and education.The integration between industry and education and the construction of"Dual teacher"teacher team have their own unique connotation,and the construction of"Dual teacher"qualified teacher team is of great significance.The current situation and problems of"Dual teacher"quality teacher team construction are analyzed from four aspects,and then the cultivation mode of"Dual teacher"qualified teacher team in higher vocational institutions is proposed under the perspective of integration between industry and education.
