摘要
选取山东省莱阳卫生学校2020级以及2021级药学专业学生作为本次研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组的生理学教学采用传统教学模式,观察组的生理学教学采用基于成果导向教育理念的混合式教学模式。教学结束之后对比两组学生生理学考核成绩、教学满意度和教学效果评价,同时比较教师对两组学生的评价。实践表明,基于成果导向教育理念的混合式教学模式应用于生理学教学,有助于学生对生理学知识点的掌握,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效果。
The 2020 Grade and 2021 Grade pharmaceutical collegians from Shandong Laiyang Health School were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided as control group and observation group.The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group,and the mixed teaching mode based on the concept of results-oriented education was used in the observation group.After the completion of teaching,we compare the physiological assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and teaching effectiveness assessment of the two groups of collegians,and also compare the teacher's assessment on the two groups of collegians.Practice has shown that the mixed teaching mode based on the concept of results-oriented education is applied to physiology teaching,which helps collegians get physiological knowledge score,stimulate learning interest,and improve learning effectiveness.
