辐射防护视角下虚拟仿真结合Teach-back法在介入护理教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 选取南华大学附属第一医院2019年4—9月在心脏介入影像中心实习的护理学生设为对照组(n=24),采用传统理论与实践结合的教学模式;选取2022年4—9月在心脏介入影像中心实习的护理学生设为实验组(n=24),采用虚拟仿真结合Teach-back教学模式,两组均实施辐射防护视角下的出科理论、操作、平时表现考核,并进行评判性思维与课程满意度调查,以探讨虚拟仿真结合Teach-back教学模式下辐射防护与介入护理融合教学的可行性及应用效果。 The control group(n=24)was composed of nursing interns in the cardiac interventional imaging center in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from April to September in 2019,and the teaching mode of combining traditional theory with practice was adopted;The nursing interns in the cardiac interventional imaging center from April to September of 2022 were selected as the experimental group(n=24).The virtual simulation combined with the Teach-back teaching mode was used.Both groups implemented the evaluation of the theory,operation and usual performance of the department from the perspective of radiation protection,and conducted a survey of critical thinking and course satisfaction to explore the feasibility and application effect of the integration of radiation protection and interventional nursing teaching under the virtual simulation combined with the Teach-back teaching mode.
