摘要
盆景,亦称盆玩,元人称之为“些子景”。有旱盆、水盆之别,用花树种盆取景的叫花树点景,以高盆增土叠石为山、以水为瀑为沼的,叫山水点景。盆景是模仿自然、浓缩自然的立体画。理解盆景。盆景产生的年代素来有争议。除了历史资料缺如之外,其中很大的原因在于对盆景的理解不同。如果盆栽植物可以被当作盆景,那么根据河姆渡遗址出土的陶片,似乎可以说新石器时代就已经有了。
