随着我国能源工业的发展,节能系统将成为企业节能减排的重要技术之一。该系统从多个维度采集与分析企业各个工序能耗情况,优化能源使用结构及方式,从而实现企业能耗的精细化管理。DCS系统采用分散控制、集中操作的设计原则,实现了对各种类型仪表的数据采集和实时控制,为了保证高可靠性,广泛应用高可靠性的设备和生产工艺[1]。将DCS系统数据融合到节能系统中,可以广泛扩展节能系统的数据来源,更加全面进行数据分析。
