脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚脂肪酸酯的制备及性能

摘要 以月桂酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等长链脂肪酸对十六十八醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(10EO24PO、HMA-1021R)进行酯化改性,制备了一类含有不同链长的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚脂肪酸酯(PPE-12、PPE-16、PPE-18)。通过FT-IR和^(1)H NMR对其结构进行表征,并研究疏水链长对平衡表面张力、动态表面张力、润湿性能以及消泡性能的影响。结果表明成功制备了3种不同链长的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚脂肪酸酯,且具有较低的临界胶束浓度(3.59×10^(-3)、2.25×10^(-3)、2.16×10^(-3)g/L)。吸附过程在短时间内符合扩散控制模型,对十二烷基磺酸钠和白水具有良好的消泡和抑泡性能,尤其是对白水消泡和抑泡有很好的效果,消泡率达到90%,15min后的抑泡率也达到了90%,在造纸工业抄纸白水消泡领域有良好的应用潜力。 Hexadecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(10EO24PO,HMA-1021R)was es⁃terified with long-chain fatty acids such as lauric acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid to prepare a class of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene propylene ether fatty acid esters(PPE-12,PPE-16,PPE-18)with different chain lengths.The structure was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)H NMR,and the effects of hydrophobic chain length on equilibrium surface tension,dynamic surface tension,wetting performance,and defoaming performance were studied.The results showed that three kinds of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether fat⁃ty acid esters with different chain lengths were successfully prepared,and they had low critical micelle con⁃centration(3.59×10^(-3),2.25×10^(-3),2.16×10^(-3) g/L).The adsorption process conforms to the diffusion control mod⁃el in a short period of time,and had good defoaming and foam inhibition performance for sodium dodecyl sul⁃fonate and white water,especially for white water defoaming and foam inhibition.The defoaming rate reached 90%,and the foam inhibition rate after 15 min also reached 90%.It had good application potential in the field of white water defoaming in papermaking industry.
