棉筒子纱用固色剂TF-234HM的应用

Application of fixing agent TF-234HM for cotton bobbin yarn

着重介绍了棉筒子纱用固色剂TF-234HM的环保性以及应用性能,通过对甲醛含量、重金属离子、致癌芳香胺等指标的检测分析,证实TF-234HM不含有害物质,将其应用于活性染料3BS红所染的深色纯棉筒子纱线,发现TF-234HM对筒子纱的层差影响小,并且可以明显提升纱线的各项色牢度,包括耐皂洗色牢度、水泡牢度、耐摩擦色牢度等,而且固色前后筒子纱的亲水性基本不变,TF-234HM对纱线色差的影响与染料结构有关。实验表明:TF-234HM是一种高效的、符合环保要求的棉筒子纱用固色剂,具有一定的推广价值。

It was confirmed that TF-234HM did not contain harmful substances through the detection and analysis of formaldehyde,heavy metal ions and carcinogenic aromatic amines,aromatic amines,and ap⁃plied to dark cotton bobbin dyed with reactive dyestuff red 3BS.It is found that TF-234HM has little effect on the layer difference of bobbin.The color fastness of the yarn,including the washing fastness,water fastness and rubbing fastness,was significantly improved.The hydrophilicity of the yarn was basically unchanged be⁃fore and after fixing.The influence of TF-234HM to the color difference of the yarn was related to the struc⁃ture of the dye.The results showed that TF-234HM was an efficient color fixing agent for cotton bobbin yarn which met the requirements of environmental protection,and had a certain popularization value.
