摘要 本文介绍了智能化电镍出装机组的三个核心技术:全自动轨道车式步进输送机、电镍预分选技术和程序控制电镍自动烫洗机。用轨道车式步进输送机可以实现电镍在车间隔跨转运,效果优于目前国内外惯用的方案。提出了电镍预分选理念,研发了基于机器视觉的电镍预分选系统,并介绍了实际使用情况。用程序控制电镍自动烫洗机实现了电镍的自动烫洗,使烫洗质量达到历史最好水平。 This paper has introduced three core techniques of intelligent electrolytic nickel discharging and loading unit:fully automatic railcar stepper conveyor,electrolyte nickel pre-separation technique and program-controlled electrolytic nickel automatic hot-cleaning machine.The transshipment of electrolytic nickel at the interval can be realized with a railcar stepper conveyor,which is better than the current con-ventional scheme at home or abroad.The concept of electrolyte nickel pre-separation has been put for-ward,an electrolyte nickel pre-separation system based on machine vision has been developed,and the actual use has been introduced.The program-controlled automatic hot-cleaning machine realizes the auto-matic hot cleaning of electrolytic nickel,so that the quality of cleaning reaches the best level in history.
