摘要
针对现有通信网络体系所存在的脆弱性问题,在海洋互联网所提出的“尽最大努力组网”思想的基础上进一步研究竭力组网体系,以形成能覆盖由海洋、陆地和空天所构成的整个空间的网络体系。它不仅是对现有通信网络体系的有效补充,而且通过综合利用一切可使用的通信网络资源,能极大地提高通信网络的抗毁性和生存能力,是实现空天地海通信系统一体化、应急与常规通信系统及平时与战时通信系统相互协同的技术之一。
To deal with the vulnerability of the existing communication network system,this paper further studies a best-effort networking system based on the idea of“best-effort networking”proposed by the marine Internet to form a network system that can cover the entire space consisting of the ocean,the land and the air/space.It is not only an effective supplement to the existing communication network system,but also can greatly improve the destruction resistance and survivability of the communication network by fully maximizing the utilization of all communication network resources available.It is one of the key technologies to effectively integrate communication systems in air,space,land and ocean,and to achieve mutual synergy between emergency and conventional communication systems,as well as between peacetime and wartime communication systems.
