绒毛方竹阔叶林下播种育苗试验

Sowing and Cultivating Seedling of Chimonobambusa utilis‘Rongmao Fangzhu’under Broad-Leaved Forest:An Experiment

绒毛方竹是金佛山方竹的变异新品种。在阔叶林下开展了绒毛方竹播种育苗试验。结果表明,绒毛方竹种子采种后经过筛选和2次水选,放置在地板上进行摊放催芽,8 d后种子开始发芽,12 d后种子发芽率达到80%;播种后50 d和205 d的成苗率分别达到70.5%和46.7%,合格苗木(地径≥1.5 mm,苗高≥20 cm)的出圃率达到96.9%。在阔叶林下绒毛方竹播种育苗取得了较好效果。

Rongmao Fangzhu'is a new variety of Chimonobambusa utilis.An experiment is conducted on sowing and cultivating seedling of'Rongmao Fangzhu'under broad-leaved forest.The results show that,spread on the floor for germination promotion for 8 days after screened and watered twice,the collected seeds of'Rongmao Fangzhu'begin to germinate,and the germination rate reaches 80%after 12 days.The rates of seedling formation reach 70.5%and 46.7%after 50 days and 205 days of sowing,respectively.The percentage of qualified seedlings,i.e.,the seedlings with ground diameter above 1.5 mm and height above 20 cm,reaches 96.9%.The experiment indicates that sowing and cultivating seedlings of'Rongmao Fangzhu'under broad-leaved forest has achieved good results.
