摘要
数字经济背景下,服装企业需要优化管理,提高效率和竞争力。优化管理包括数字化转型、数据分析、智能化生产等方面。同时,企业需要注重品牌建设和消费者体验,加强与供应链合作,实现全产业链协同发展。文章从数字经济的角度出发,对服装企业在管理优化方面的应对策略进行了探讨,以期为企业提供有益的参考和借鉴。
Under the background of digital economy,garment enterprises need to optimize management to improve efficiency and competitiveness.Optimization management includes digital transformation,data analysis,intelligent production and so on.At the same time,enterprises need to focus on brand building and consumer experience,strengthen cooperation with the supply chain,and achieve coordinated development of the whole industrial chain.From the perspective of the digital economy,the paper explores the strategies of clothing enterprises in management optimization,in order to provide useful reference for enterprises.
