试论就业导向下的服装设计教学改革

Reform of Fashion Design Teaching under the Guidance of Employment

文章提出了以促进学生就业为导向的服装设计专业教育教学改革。为切实提高服装设计专业人才培养质量,根据当前服装设计专业教学中存在的教学管理制度不完善、教师教学理念落后、教学内容与社会发展不符以及学生就业方向不明确等问题,提出了基于当前行业人才培养需求和人才就业方向规划的教学理念创新思路,并据此完善教学内容设计,在重视基础知识教学的基础上,重点培养学生的实践创新能力,以适应市场需求,更好地推动产业的发展。

The paper puts forward the reform of education and teaching of fashion design specialty to promote students'employment,and effectively improve the quality of talent training of fashion design specialty.According to the problems existing in the current teaching of fashion design major,such as imperfect teaching management system,backward teaching concept of teachers,inconsistent teaching content with social development,and unclear employment direction of students,innovative teaching ideas are proposed,and the design of teaching content is improved accrodingly.On the basis of emphasizing basic knowledge teaching,the focus should be on cultivating students'practical and innovative abilities to adapt to market demand and better promote the development of industries.
