三国两晋这一历史阶段,上接东汉,下接南北朝,三国时期“服饰基本沿袭了”汉代的衣冠制度,汉代服饰很大程度上得到保留和继承;两晋时期“衣冠南渡”,把中原的汉魏常服带向南方并与南方的服饰文化融合,形成新的南方服饰文化体制。因此,南方体系下的祭服、朝服与北方体系下的常服文化相融合,为我国中古时期的服饰文化历史奠定了基础,这一时期是连接汉魏衣冠与我国中古服饰的重要纽带,对后世服饰文化产生了深远影响,在整个中国古代服饰发展过程中具有承前启后、继往开来的重要地位。
