皮质远盲蚓体内酶对土壤有机碳形态及碳库管理指数的影响

摘要 【目的】研究皮质远盲蚓(Amynthas corticis)体内酶活性在蚯蚓发育期内的动态变化,从生物酶的角度解释蚯蚓对土壤有机碳形态及碳库管理指数的影响。【方法】通过蚯蚓-土壤培育试验,在0~100 d内共5次采样测定蚯蚓体内酶与培育土壤中的蚓粪以及未吞食土壤的碳指标。【结果】与试验初期相比,试验结束时,蚯蚓体内碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、过氧化物酶(POD)含量无显著变化,酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和脂肪酶(LPS)分别显著增加70.17%和15.14%,而胃蛋白酶(PG)和纤维素酶(CL)显著减少27.48%和53.73%,体内AKP、ACP、LPS、CL和PG对有机碳形态转化起显著性催化作用;接种蚯蚓土壤与对照组相比,轻组有机碳、腐殖质碳和可矿化碳在试验结束后显著减少,土壤微生物生物量碳和易氧化碳含量则得到显著提高;未吞食土壤和蚓粪碳库管理指数达到159.97和215.30,分别是对照组1.45和1.95倍。【结论】蚯蚓的存在在短期培育期内没有影响土壤有机碳库储量,但加速土壤有机碳库的转化效率并影响有机碳组分组成,从而提高土壤碳库活度及碳库质量。 【Objective】The dynamic changes of enzyme activities in earthworm Amynthas corticis were studied to explain the influences of earthworm activities on soil organic carbon fractions and carbon management index.【Method】By earthworm-soil cultivation experiments,a total of five samples were taken within 0-100 days to measure the earthworms enzymes,and the carbon data of the earthworm casts and bulk soil were measured.【Result】At the end of the experiment,the activities of alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase in A.cortices did not change significantly compared with those at the beginning of the experiment.In contrast,the activities of acid phosphatase and lipase increased significantly by 70.17%and 15.14%,respectively,while those of pepsin and cellulase decreased significantly by 27.48%and 53.73%,respectively.AKP,ACP,LPS,CL and PG in earthworms played a significant catalytic role in the morphological transformation of organic carbon.Compared with the control treatment,the light fraction organic carbon,humus carbon,and mineralizable carbon were significantly reduced at the end of the experiment.In contrast,microbial biomass carbon and easily oxidized carbon were significantly increased.The CPMI of bulk soil and earthworm casts was 159.97 and 215.30,respectively,1.45 and 1.95 times that in the control,respectively.【Conclusion】The introduction of earthworms did not affect soil organic carbon stock but accelerated soil organic carbon transformation in the short-term.As a result,soil organic carbon fractions were changed,carbon lability was increased,and soil quality was improved.
