物联设备数据可视化产品研发流程的质量改善

摘要 本文从物联设备数据可视化产品研发流程的案例着手进行研究,采用流程图的方式识别非增值工作,并通过5-7WHY分析造成质量问题的根因,从而挖掘出流程背后的基本潜在假设和企业的价值观。通过突破假设,进行流程再造,从而实现了帕累托改进,质量改善效果显著。最后,分别从沙因的组织文化、丰田之道及品管大师的理论交界对案例进行了分析和总结。 This paper starts with the case study of the research and development process of data visualization products of IoT device,uses the flow chart to identify the non-value-added work,and analyzes the root causes of quality problems through 5-7WHY,so as to dig out the basic underlying assumptions behind the process and the values of the enterprise.By breaking through the assumption and reengineering the process,Pareto improvement is realized and the quality improvement effect is remarkable.Finally,the case is analyzed and summarized from Schein’s organizational culture,Toyota’s way and quality control master’s theory junction.
