摘要
本文介绍了脉冲电源和导电滤槽的作用和工作方式,对改造后的电除尘器开展了600 MW额定工况下性能试验,从改造后性能试验数据分析可得,排放烟气浓度能够控制在不大于25 mg/Nm^(3),且不影响原有系统的运行,环保效果明显,证明了改造方案运行后收到了较好的超低排放效果和经济效益,是一种电除尘超低排放改造性价比比较高的方案之一,可为其他火电厂电除尘改造提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the function and working mode of pulse power supply and conductive filter tank.The performance test of the reformed electrostatic precipitator is carried out under the rated working condition of 600 MW.According to the analysis of the performance test data after the transformation,the emission flue gas concentration can be controlled no more than 25 mg/Nm^(3),and does not affect the operation of the original system,environmental protection effect is obvious.It proves that the transformation scheme has received good low emission effect and economic benefits,is a kind of schemes with relatively high cost performance for electric ultra-low emission transformation,can provide reference for other thermal power plants.
