Damon自锁托槽和SGTB双颌垫矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类安氏Ⅱ类2分类错颌畸形的临床研究

A clinical study of Damon self-locking bracket and SGTB double jaw pad appliance in the treatment of Class Ⅱ Ambrosia Class Ⅱ-2 malocclusion of bone

目的使用Damon自锁托槽和SGTB双颌垫矫治器矫治骨性Ⅱ类安氏Ⅱ类2分类错颌畸形,观察其临床矫治效果并进行分析。方法选取骨性Ⅱ类安氏Ⅱ类2分类患者20例,在不拔牙的情况下使用Damon自锁托槽联合SGTB双颌垫矫治器对其矫治,在治疗前后通过头影测量分析及模型测量,量化其颌面部软组织硬组织的变化,并对其侧貌的改变作出评价。结果通过Damon托槽及SGTB双颌垫矫治器的联合作用,可以有效促进下颌骨向前生长,并建立磨牙、尖牙中性关系,同时前牙也可以建立正常覆盖、覆颌关系,并在(18.0±3.0)个月内完成治疗,使患者对侧貌达到满意。结论骨性Ⅱ类安氏Ⅱ类2分类错颌畸形的患者通过Damon自锁托槽和SGTB双颌垫矫治器进行非拔牙矫治、治疗时间短、效率高,效果好,同时具有佩戴舒适的特点。

Objective To use Damon self-locking bracket and SGTB double jaw pad appliance to treat Class Ⅱ Ambrosia Class Ⅱ 2 classification malocclusion of bone,and to observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods A total of 20 patients with Class II of bone,Class II,Class II,Class 2,were selected and treated with Damon self-locking brackets combined with SGTB double-jaw gasket orthodontics without tooth extraction.The changes of soft tissue and hard tissue of maxillofacial region were quantified through cephalometric analysis and model measurement before and after treatment,and the changes of aligned side appearance were evaluated.Results The combined effect of Damon bracket and SGTB double jaw pad can effectively promote the forward growth of the mandible,establish a neutral relationship between molar and cusp teeth,and establish a normal overlaying relationship between the anterior teeth.The treatment can be completed within(18.0±3.0)months,so that patients can achieve a satisfactory profile.Conclusion The non-extraction orthodontic treatment with Damon self-locking brackets and SGTB double-jaw pad orthodontic devices for patients with bone Class Ⅱ Amberson Class Ⅱ 2 malocclusion is short in treatment time,high in efficiency,good in effect and comfortable to wear.
