蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌在改善小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿IgG、IgA、IgM及不良反应中的应用

Application of montmorillonite powder combined with live Clostridium tyrosine in improving IgG,IgA,IgM and adverse reactions in children with rotavirus enteritis

目的分析蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌对小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿的改善效果,以及对患儿免疫球蛋白指标与不良反应的影响。方法随机选取88例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿并分为研究组与对照组,研究组44例患儿接受蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗,对照组44例患儿接受酪酸梭菌二联活菌治疗。对比两组患儿间的症状改善用时、免疫功能指标变化、治疗效果与不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿退热、止泻、呕吐消失与大便性状恢复用时均短于对照组,且患儿治疗后的IgG、IgA与IgM水平皆高于对照组,治疗有效率较对照组患儿更高(P<0.05);两组患儿在不良反应发生率上无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合酪酸梭菌二联活菌在小儿轮状病毒肠炎的治疗中可有效提升患儿机体的免疫球蛋白水平,使各项临床症状表现得到改善,同时用药不良反应发生风险较小,能够为患儿带来更加理想的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Clostridium tyrosine in children with rotavirus enteritis,and the influence of immunoglobulin index and adverse reactions in children.Methods Eighty-eight children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group.Forty-four children in the study group were treated with montmorillonite powder combined with Clostridium tyrosine,while 44 children in the control group received Clostridium caseinate combined with Clostridium caseinate.The time of symptom improvement,changes of immune function indexes,treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of antipyretic,diarrhea,disappearance of vomiting and recovery of stool traits in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the children after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with Clostridium tyrosine viable bacteria in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis can effectively improve the level of immunoglobulin,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and reduce the risk of adverse drug reactions,which can bring more ideal treatment effect for children.
