益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果及预后分析

Clinical efficacy and prognostic analysis of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis

目的探讨益生菌联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果及对炎性反应的影响。方法选取2021年7月-2022年12月收治的115例幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(57例)和观察组(58例),对照组接受三联疗法治疗,观察组接受益生菌联合三联疗法治疗,比较两组患者治疗状况。结果观察组总有效率96.33%高于对照组的85.96%(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率98.28%高于对照组的80.70%,复发率1.72%低于对照组的19.30%(P<0.05);比较β-catenin、Wnt2、FAS、ZO-1指标,组内比较,治疗后β-catenin、FAS低于治疗前,Wnt2、FAS、ZO-1高于治疗前;组间比较,观察组治疗后β-catenin、FAS低于对照组,Wnt2、FAS、ZO-1高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.62%与对照组的10.53%比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎,在三联疗法基础上再联用益生菌,能更好地改善胃肠道功能,控制机体炎性反应,高效且安全。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis and analyze its impact on inflammatory response.Method 115 patients with Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis admitted from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(57 cases)and an observation group(58 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received triple therapy,while the observation group received probiotics combined with triple therapy.The treatment status of the two groups of patients was compared.Result The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 96.33%higher than that of the control group,which was 85.96%(P<0.05);the Hp eradication rate of 98.28%in the observation group was higher than that of 80.70%in the control group,and the recurrence rate of 1.72%was lower than that of 19.30%in the control group(P<0.05);compareβ-Catenin,Wnt 2,FAS,ZO-1 indicators,intra group comparison,after treatmentβ-Catenin and FAS were lower than before treatment,while Wnt2,FAS,and ZO-1 were higher than before treatment;comparison between groups,observation group after treatmentβ-Catenin and FAS were lower than the control group,while Wnt2,FAS,and ZO-1 were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.62%compared to 10.34%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis,combining probiotics with triple therapy can better improve gastrointestinal function,control inflammatory reactions,and be efficient and safe.
