右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉在前列腺增生患者中的应用

Application of dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine under epidural anesthesia in patients with prostatic hyperplasia

摘要 目的探究对前列腺增生手术患者采取右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉后的效果。方法选取2022年1月-2022年12月收治的60例前列腺增生手术患者,以数字随机方法进行分组,共分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组实施罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组实施右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果、疼痛程度、血流动力学指标、不良反应。结果观察组麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组对比血流动力学指标,在T1时间点两组HR、DBP、SBP数值对比,差异显著(P<0.05);组内对比T0、T1时间点与T1、T2时间点变化幅度,观察组均较小,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应与对照组差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论在对前列腺增生手术患者实施麻醉时,给予右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,效果较为显著,可稳定血流动力学、缓解疼痛、降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group was anesthetized with ropivacaine,and the observation group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine.The anesthesia effect,pain degree,hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthetic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of pain(VAS)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups,and the values of HR,DBP and SBP in T1 were significantly different(P<0.05).The decrease of T0,T1,T1 and T2 in the observation group was small,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADR between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion When anesthesia is given to patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural anesthesia has a significant effect,stabilizing hemodynamics,alleviating pain and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
