精细化管理模式在用药安全管理中的应用

Application of fine management mode in drug safety management

目的探讨在临床用药安全管理中实施精细化管理模式的应用价值。方法选择佛山市禅城区人民医院2022年6月-2023年6月期间家庭病床护士8名及建床的居家用药患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(开展常规管理模式)与观察组(开展精细化管理模式);评估对比两组护士用药安全认知、患者日常安全用药隐患发生率,以满意度问卷调查患者满意度。结果观察组护士用药安全认知评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组日常用药安全隐患发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式实施于用药安全管理中,一方面增强护士的工作效率,并增强其用药安全认知,另一方面降低用药差错发生率,降低护患纠纷及风险事件,提高患者满意度,具有推广开展的价值。

Objective To explore the application value of fine management mode in clinical medication safety management.Methods 8 nurses in family beds and 80 patients who used drugs at home during June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(routine management mode)and observation group(refined management mode).Evaluate and compare the incidence of hidden dangers of daily safe medication between nurses and nurses in two groups.Satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate patients'satisfaction.Results The cognitive scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of potential safety hazards of daily medication in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the one hand,the refined management mode can enhance nurses'work efficiency and enhance their awareness of medication safety,on the other hand,it can reduce the incidence of medication errors,reduce nurse-patient disputes and risk events,and improve patients'satisfaction.It has the value of popularization and development.
