基于风险管理模式的精准护理在DebakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层患者术后急性呼吸系统疾病中的应用效果

Study on acute respiratory system of patients with type Debakey Ⅰ aortic dissection with precision nursing based on risk management model

目的分析在DebakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层患者术后管理中应用基于风险管理模式的精准护理的管理效果,及对急性呼吸系统疾病的影响。方法选择南昌大学第二附属医院2021年7月-2022年10月收治的200名DebakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),对照组采取常规护理流程,观察组采取基于风险管理模式的精准护理,比较分析两组在不同护理方式下的护理满意度、急性呼吸系统并发症发生率、生活质量与生存率、重症监护与住院时间。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,急性呼吸系统并发症发生率低于对照组,生存率高于对照组,重症监护与住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在DebakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层疾病治疗中采取给予风险管理模式的精准护理,能够明显降低急性呼吸系统并发症发生率,同时还能有效提高患者生活质量与生存率,减少重症监护与住院时间,拉近护患之间的关系,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the management effect of precision nursing based on risk management mode in postoperative management of patients with Debakey Ⅰ aortic dissection and its influence on acute respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 200 patients with Debakey Ⅰ aortic dissection admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group of 100 patients and a control group of 100 patients using a random number table method.The control group adopted routine nursing procedures,while the observation group adopted precise nursing based on risk management mode.Nursing satisfaction,incidence of acute respiratory complications,quality of life and survival rate,intensive care and length of stay were compared between the two groups under different nursing methods.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction than the control group,lower incidence of acute respiratory complications,higher survival rate,and shorter duration of intensive care and hospitalization than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of Debakey Ⅰ aortic dissection disease,the precision nursing of risk management mode can significantly reduce the incidence of acute respiratory complications,but also effectively improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients,reduce intensive care and hospital stay,and narrow the relationship between nurses and patients,which is worthy of promotion.
