芳香疗法联合头部穴位按摩在中风后失眠护理中的应用效果研究

Application effect of aromatherapy combined with head point massage on insomnia after stroke

目的综合分析在中风后失眠(PSI)护理中应用芳香疗法联合头部穴位按摩的效果。方法此研究选择江西中医药大学附属医院2021年5月-2022年12月期间收治的62例PSI患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分成对照组和试验组,每组31例。对照组采用药物治疗联合常规护理的方式,试验组采用芳香疗法联合头部穴位按摩。比较两组治疗4周后的匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、生活质量评分与护理满意度。结果治疗4周后,试验组的PSQI评分与NIHSS评分均低于对照组(t=5.517,P=0.001;t=2.134,P=0.037);试验组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的70.97%(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006)。结论在PSI患者中应用芳香疗法联合头部穴位按摩具有较为积极的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者的睡眠质量,促进神经功能的恢复,有助于提高护理满意度,促进临床效率的提高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To comprehensively analyze and explore the effect of aromatherapy combined with head point massage in the nursing of post-stroke insomnia(PSI).Methods In this study,62 PSI patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drug therapy combined with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with aromatherapy combined with head point massage.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality score(PSQI),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the PSQI score and NIHSS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(t=5.517,P=0.001;t=2.134,P=0.037).The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.77%,which was higher than 70.97%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006).Conclusion In patients with PSI,the application of aromatherapy combined with head acupoint massage has a relatively positive clinical effect,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,promote the recovery of neurological function,help to improve nursing satisfaction,and promote the improvement of clinical efficiency.It is worthy of wide application.
