基于互联网平台的4C延续性护理对使用酒精引起的精神和行为障碍患者治疗依从性及复饮效果的影响

Influence of 4C continuous nursing based on Internet platform on treatment compliance and rehydration effect of patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol use

目的探讨对使用酒精引起的精神和行为障碍患者采用基于互联网平台的4C延续性护理干预的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年1月-2022年1月赣州市第三人民医院收治的使用酒精引起的精神和行为障碍患者80例分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规延续性护理干预,观察组采用基于互联网平台的4C延续性护理,比较两组戒酒效果、干预依从性及生活质量。结果观察组复饮率比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组干预依从性比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组干预后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均比干预前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对使用酒精引起的精神和行为障碍患者采用基于互联网平台的4C延续性护理干预可降低其复饮率,提高患者的干预依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of 4C continuous nursing intervention based on Internet platform for patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol use.Methods 80 patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol use admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional continuous nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with 4C continuous nursing based on Internet platform.The effect of alcohol abstinence,intervention compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The rehydration rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the intervention compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of GQOLI-74 after intervention in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 4C continuous nursing intervention based on Internet platform for patients with mental and behavioral disorders caused by alcohol use can reduce the rehydration rate,improve the compliance of patients with intervention,and improve the quality of life.
