穴位降压操配合穴位按摩对高血压患者血压控制及生活质量的影响研究

Study on the effect of acupoint decompression exercise and acupoint massage on blood pressure control and quality of life in patients with hypertension

目的观察穴位降压操配合穴位按摩对高血压(EH)患者血压控制及生活质量的影响。方法随机将南昌大学第二附属医院2020年1月-2020年12月收治的EH患者360例分为两组,每组各180例。对照组实施常规健康指导,在此基础上观察组实施穴位降压操配合穴位按摩。连续干预4周。比较两组干预前后血压及生活质量情况。结果干预1周后、4周后两组收缩压、舒张压降低,且观察组改善显著(P<0.05);出院4周两组社会关系、生理、心理、环境评分均提高,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位降压操配合穴位按摩可有效控制EH患者血压水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint decompression exercise combined with acupoint massage on blood pressure control and quality of life in patients with hypertension(EH).Methods 360 EH patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,180 cases each.The control group was given routine health guidance,and the observation group was given acupoint decompression exercise and acupoint massage.Continuous intervention for 4 weeks.The blood pressure and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 1 week and 4 weeks of intervention,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05);the scores of social relations,physiology,psychology and environment in the two groups were improved after 4 weeks of discharge,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint decompression exercise combined with acupoint massage can effectively control the blood pressure level of EH patients and improve the quality of life.
