针刺肌筋膜触发点对颈肩综合征的疗效分析

The therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the trigger point of myofascial muscle on neck and shoulder syndrome

目的探讨针刺肌筋膜触发点对颈肩综合征的疗效分析。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月在天津市北辰区中医医院治疗的颈肩综合征患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数字分配法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例);对照组采用常规电针疗法,观察组采用针刺肌筋膜触发点进行治疗,两组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较两组治疗前后的中医证候评分、治疗前后两组颈椎活动度比较、治疗前后两组疼痛评分比较以及两组临床疗效比较。结果两组治疗后中医证候评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后水平更优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后颈椎活动度评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的评分更优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的SF-MPQ评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组更优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。结论针刺肌筋膜触发点治疗颈肩综合征可有效地减轻患者疼痛感,提高颈椎活动度,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at the trigger point of myofascial muscle on neck and shoulder syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with neck and shoulder syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number allocation method.The control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at the trigger point of myofascial membrane.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive months.The TCM syndrome score,cervical motion between the two groups before and after treatment,pain score between the two groups before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05);and the scores of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-MPQ scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate after treatment in the observation group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at myofascial trigger points in the treatment of neck-shoulder syndrome can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the range of motion of the cervical spine.The therapeutic effect is significant and is worthy of clinical promotion.
