摘要 【目的】茶叶作为世界三大无酒精饮料之一,消费量逐年递增,为满足消费市场的需求,茶叶加工必将实现机械化,而在茶叶加工过程中,茶叶拼配是比较重要的环节。茶叶拼配通过将不同区域、不同品质、不同加工工艺、不同风味的茶叶进行混合搭配,来丰富茶叶风味,降低茶叶成本,提高经济效益。【方法】在茶叶拼配过程中,按照拼配比例控制茶叶的进料量并将各种茶叶充分混合是拼配的核心环节。课题组针对拼配核心环节进行专项设备研发,在现有拼配设备的基础上,开发出专用的拼配上料输送机和混料振动机,然后采用模块化方式设计拼配生产线。【结果】目前,该拼配生产线在多家大型茶厂里得到推广应用,作业效率和拼配效果达到茶企要求,后续将结合客户提出的建议,对现有设备不断进行改进,缩短设备更新迭代周期。【结论】茶叶拼配设备的研究及推广应用将不断加快茶产业实现机械化、连续化、自动化、智能化生产的进程,不断推动茶产业提质增效,促进茶产业高质量发展。 [Objective]As one of the three largest non-alcoholic beverages in the world,the consumption of tea is increasing year by year.In order to meet the demand of the consumer market,tea processing will inevitably achieve mechanization,and in the process of tea processing,tea blending is a more important link.Tea blending through the different regions,different qualities,different processing techniques,different flavors of tea for mixing and matching,to enrich the tea flavor,reduce the cost of tea,improve economic benefits.[Method]In the process of tea blending,it is the key link to control the feed quantity of tea according to the blending proportion and to mix all kinds of tea fully.The research group carried out special equipment research and development for the core link of blending,and developed special blending feeding conveyor and mixing vibration machine on the basis of the existing blending equipment,and then designed the blending production line in a modular way.[Result]At present,the blending production line has been promoted and applied in multiple large tea factories,with operational efficiency and blending effect meeting the requirements of tea enterprises.In the future,based on customer suggestions,existing equipment will be continuously improved to shorten the equipment update iteration cycle.[Conclusion]The research and promotion of tea blending equipment will continue to accelerate the process of mechanization,continuity,automation,and intelligent production in the tea industry,continuously promote the improvement of quality and efficiency in the tea industry,and promote the high-quality development of the tea industry.
