基于乡村振兴战略的彭水县农业机械化发展对策研究

丘陵山区是我国农业发展的重点区域,要全面实现乡村振兴,就必须加快农业现代化发展,依托农业机械化从传统农业向现代农业转变。为促进丘陵山区农业机械化发展,探索丘陵山区农业机械化发展道路,笔者以重庆市彭水县为研究对象,分析了彭水县农业机械化发展所存在的问题,提出目前彭水县农业机械化发展仍存在地形复杂、农机装备作业条件差、专业人才不足、社会化服务体系建设滞后等问题。并进一步探究影响农业机械化发展的重要因素,结合彭水县的实际情况,从持续推进宜机化高标准农田建设、健全彭水县农业机械社会化服务体系、加强农业机械人才队伍建设、加大农业机械购置补贴力度这几个方面提出了对策和建议,为彭水县农业机械化发展提供了理论依据,为推动重庆地区乃至全国的农业机械化发展提供了参考。

The hilly and mountainous areas are the key areas for agricultural development in China.To fully realize rural revitalization,we must accelerate the development of agricultural modernization,and rely on agricultural mechanization to transform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.To promote the development of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas,and explore the development path of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountainous areas,the author took Pengshui County,Chongqing City as the research object,analyzed the problems existing in the development of agricultural mechanization in Pengshui County,and proposed that there are still problems in the current development of agricultural mechanization in Pengshui County,such as complex terrain,poor operating conditions of agricultural machinery and equipment,insufficient professional talents,and lagging construction of social service system.And further explore the important factors that affect the development of agricultural mechanization,combined with the actual situation of Pengshui County,put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:continuously promoting the construction of high standard farmland suitable for mechanization,improving the socialized service system of agricultural machinery in Pengshui County,strengthening the construction of agricultural machinery talent team,and increasing the subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of agricultural mechanization in Pengshui County,and provides a reference for promoting the development of agricultural mechanization in Chongqing region and even the whole country.
