白玉县盖玉片区堤防工程水土保持方案分析评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Water and Soil Conservation Scheme of Embankment Engineering in Gaiyu Area of Baiyu County

“治理水土流失,改善生态环境,促进经济发展”是新世纪水土保持生态建设的目标,同样也是实现乡村振兴战略的目标之一。以白玉县盖玉片区堤防工程为例,分别对项目进行水土保持评价、水土流失预测、水保措施设计、水保监测、水保效益分析。结果表明:通过采取针对性的水土保持方案,可以有效控制由于人工扰动造成的水土流失,减弱工程施工对于周边环境造成的扰动,水土保持措施基本满足防治要求。

"Controlling soil erosion,improving the ecological environment,and promoting economic development"is the goal of soil and water conservation ecological construction in the new century,and it is also one of the goals of realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Taking the embankment project in Gaiyu area of Baiyu County as an example,the evaluation of soil and water conservation,prediction of soil and water loss,design of soil and water conservation measures,monitoring of soil and water conservation,and benefit analysis of soil and water conservation were carried out for the project.The results show that by adopting a targeted water and soil conservation plan,the soil and water loss caused by artificial disturbance can be effectively controlled,and the disturbance caused by engineering construction to the surrounding environment can be reduced.The water and soil conservation measures basically meet the requirements of prevention and control.
