霍山石斛栽培技术及活性成分药理学研究进展

Research Progress on Cultivation Technology and Pharmacology of Active Ingredients of Dendrobium huoshanense

霍山石斛是安徽省的一种道地药材,具有增强机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等功效。因霍山石斛生长条件严苛和人类对其野生资源的过度开采利用,霍山石斛的野生资源已濒临灭绝。本文对霍山石斛的组织培养技术和人工栽培技术进行了介绍,阐述了霍山石斛多糖、生物碱、氨基酸、微量元素及其他成分等主要活性成分,综述了霍山石斛的药理作用,包括增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、肝损伤保护及其他作用,提出了展望,以期为霍山石斛的种质资源保护和产品开发利用提供参考。

Dendrobium huoshanense is a kind of genuine regional material in Anhui Province,which has the functions of enhancing immunity,antioxidation and anti-tumor.The wild resources of Dendrobium huoshanense are on the verge of extinction due to the harsh growing conditions and over-exploitation of wild resources by human beings.This paper introduced the tissue culture technology and artificial cultivation technology of Dendrobium huoshanense,and described the main active components of Dendrobium huoshanense,such as polysaccharides,alkaloids,amino acids,trace elements and other components,summarized the pharmacological effects of Dendrobium huoshanense,including enhancing immunity,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,liver damage protection and other effects,and put forward the prospect,so as to provide references for the protection of germplasm resources and product development and utilization of Dendrobium huoshanense.
