自制生化膏在人工流产术后的临床应用价值

Clinical Application of Self-made Biochemical Ointment after Artificial Abortion

目的 探讨自制生化膏在人工流产术后的临床应用价值。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年7月于广州市番禺区妇幼保健院门诊实施人工流产手术患者88例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组口服头孢呋辛酯片,观察组在对照组基础上采用自制生化膏进行治疗,比较两组术后恢复情况。结果 观察组阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛、首次复潮后月经量减少发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人工流产术后在应用抗生素的基础上予以自制生化膏,能够减少腹痛发生概率,缩短阴道出血时间和月经复潮时间,降低术后不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of self-made biochemical ointment after artificial abortion.Methods From March 2021 to July 2022,88 patients who underwent induced abortion in the outpatient department of Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group took Cefuroxime axetil tablets orally,and the observation group took self-made biochemical ointment for treatment on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group had significantly shorter vaginal bleeding time and menstrual cycle recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of abdominal pain and decreased menstrual flow after the first resumption of menstruation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self made biochemical ointment based on the application of antibiotics after artificial abortion can reduce the probability of abdominal pain,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and menstruation regain,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery.
